The trays are identical. The liquid from the previous tray flows into the "V" shaped angle steel through the downcomer, while the gas rises through the slats, creating bubble contact with the liquid for transfer.

The quality process features gas-liquid flow states on the trays similar to those on sieve trays. Angle steel trays have lower pressure drop, greater gas throughput, and higher tray efficiency, with a simple structure.

Easy to process and has good rigidity, but less efficient than sieve tray towers when handling smaller volumes.
