Shenzhen ZhongNuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is based in South China and specializes in explosion-proof certification and coal safety certification application consulting services, offering one-stop explosion-proof technology consulting services.
What is an explosion-proof electrical installation qualification? How to obtain an explosion-proof installation qualification?
Certification for explosion-proof electrical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair training is one of the qualifications for companies in the field of explosion-proof electrical installation and construction.
Many clients involved in installation and construction in explosive environments want to obtain such a certificate. China Nuoxin Inspection briefly introduces the application process and requirements.
Currently, explosion-proof installation qualification certificates are issued by different authorities, with varying names, certificate samples, and application requirements.
Primarily through training and examination methods, including both company and employee certificates, with the training standards being the GB/T 3836 series.
As the applicant company through our agency, ZhongNuo Inspection has cumulatively obtained the corresponding certificates for hundreds of client enterprises.
We offer 1-2 training sessions and exams per month, providing full assistance in preparing the required documents.
Can save time and costs for a wide range of corporate clients.

Which certifications are the explosion-proof ATEX and IECEx certifications from?
ATEX certification is a mandatory certification for explosion-proof products in the EU, serving as a specific explosion protection directive under the CE certification, applicable to the EU and its regions.
IECEx is the International Electrotechnical Commission's certification system for explosion-proof electrical products, which is voluntary and applicable to member countries of the IECEx system.
Most of the world's major economic powers are members of the IECEx system, including China.
In relation to IECEx and ATEX certifications, ZN Testing summarizes the following distinctions:
(1) Application Scope: ATEX certification is applicable to the European Union region, while IECEx is applicable to IECEx member countries.
(2) Whether mandatory, ATEX certification is mandatory, while IECEx is voluntary.
(3) Execution Standards, ATEX certification standards are IEC 60079 series, IECEx certification standards are IEC 60079 series
(4) Explosion-proof markings, the ATEX explosion-proof marking is more complex than the IECEx certification marking. You can see this clearly by looking at our examples.
(5) Conversion issues: Currently, ATEX certification cannot be converted into certificates outside the EU. IECEx member states, however, recognize IECEx certificates directly or indirectly, such as Australia and New Zealand, which directly recognize IECEx certificates. Other IECEx member states (like China) can convert their IECEx certificates into local explosion-proof certificates.

Process for applying for a防爆 certification at Shenzhen ZhongNuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Conduct product evaluation and preliminary quotation for the requested items. Evaluate the product using the enterprise's product specification, electrical schematics, and bill of materials, determining the appropriate type of explosion-proof certification and providing a preliminary quotation.
2. Provide samples for testing at the lab; the quantity of samples required varies depending on the product category.
3. Provide documentation list review
Application documents, including the applicant's information and product details
(2) Technical Documents: The submitted technical documents by the company include corporate standards or technical requirements, product drawings, user manuals, etc.
A. Corporate Standards/Technical Requirements: The corporate standards/technical requirements for products should be written in accordance with the prescribed format, including not only the performance requirements of the product but also relevant content regarding explosion-proof aspects: such as basic parameters, explosion-proof markings, environmental conditions of use, explosion-proof performance requirements, relevant tests for explosion-proof performance, and markings related to explosion-proof.
B. Product Drawings: When applying for a防爆 certification for intrinsically safe electrical equipment, the applicant should provide assembly drawings, circuit diagrams, printed circuit board layouts, silk screen drawings, material lists for components, and label drawings, among others. For non-intrinsically safe electrical equipment, the technical documents submitted for inspection should include drawings that reflect the sample's explosion-proof performance (including assembly drawings and component drawings). If the overall drawing clearly indicates the product's explosion-proof parameters and structure, only the overall drawing needs to be submitted for inspection.
C. Instruction Manual - The instruction manual should include basic parameters, explosion-proof markings, product外形 diagrams, installation, maintenance, order requirements, and clear notices to users regarding the precautions to ensure the product's explosion-proof performance during installation and use.
D. Other Documents: For products with adhesive bonding or casting, provide the型号 and name of the adhesive and casting agents, along with performance descriptions and relevant process documents. For plastic shell products, provide the material of the plastic and corresponding performance documents.
4. Certificate issuance
