详情描述
Shenzhen ZhongNuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the calibration, verification, and measurement services for equipment such as gas alarms, combustible gas detectors, and toxic gas analyzers for various locations. We hold the necessary qualifications to serve nationwide, addressing clients' electrical safety and explosion-proof fire prevention needs, and contributing to safe production.
What are the contents included in the calibration report for flammable gas detectors?
The verification results should be reflected in the verification certificate or report, and the verification proof or report must include the following information.
① Calibration Certificate or Calibration Report
② Laboratory Name and Address
③ Calibration Location (if not calibrated in the laboratory)
④ Standing certificate or report (e.g., with serial number), and indicate each page and page number;
Please provide the name and address of the shipping entity.
⑥ Clearly describe and identify the target educational institution;
Calibration date and receipt date;
⑧ Technical specifications for calibration base, including names and codes.
Description of traceability and validity of the measurement standards used for calibration.
⑩ Description of Calibration Environment
11. Calibration Results and Measurement Uncertainty Statements
12. Signature, title, or equivalent symbol of the issuer of the calibration certificate or calibration report, and the issuance date;
13. Calibration results are only applicable to the calibration object.
14. No part of the certificate or report may be copied without written consent from the laboratory.
Reproofreading interval
Instrument recalibration is typically every 1 year, determined by the submitting unit based on actual usage. During the secondary calibration process, if there are doubts about the instrument's test data, or if the main components of the instrument are replaced, as well as after repairs, a recalibration is required.
Regular Inspection Content for Gas Alarm Units
Installation spacing of inspection (detection) points
2. Installation Height of Detector
3. Indicated Error (Concentration)
Repetitive (Concentration)
5. Alarm Error (Concentration)
6. Response Time (Seconds)
Gas Detector Alarm Calibration Specification Requirements
Regulation 5.5 of the "Regulation for Calibration of Combustible Gas Detectors" (JJG693-2011) states: The calibration period for combustible gas detection and alarm instruments: Generally, the calibration period of the instrument shall not exceed 1 year. Instruments with suspected measurement data, instruments that have replaced major components, or instruments that have been repaired should be submitted for calibration promptly.
Section 3.5 of the "Regulations for the Use of Combustible Gas Detection and Alarm Devices" (SY6503-2000) stipulates: Combustible gas detection and alarm devices in use shall be calibrated regularly as per regulations.
The Regulation (GBZ/T223-2009) of the 7.2.1 clause for "Safety Code for the Installation of Toxic Gas Devices in Workplaces" specifies: Calibration of detection and alarm devices should be conducted regularly according to the manufacturer's specified time and procedure.
Section 3.4 of the "Regulations for the Use of Combustible Gas Detectors" (SY6503-2000) stipulates: Combustible gas detectors for installation and use shall have measurement instruments manufactured by an institution recognized for their**explosion-proof performance**.
Gas Standard Material
We use gas standard substances of the same type as the gas measured by the instrument, such as methane or ethane, or gas standards can also use isopropanol, etc. If the instrument does not specify the type of gas being measured, the concentration of the gas at the set point (e.g., 60% of the full scale) is approximately the concentration of the standard substance. The uncertainty of the expanded gas standard substance is not significant (%). The flow rate indication error of the repetitive dilution device should not be greater than 0.1% for the gas standard substance with a concentration not exceeding the concentration of the gas standard substance. The concentration unit of the dilution gas standard substance should be converted to match the unit of the inspected instrument, and the deviation should not exceed 0.1%.
Shenzhen Zhongnuo Inspection & Technology Co., Ltd. is an independent third-party service provider specializing in electrical safety, electrical explosion-proofing, and gas alarm system regular inspections, metrology, and calibration.
