Sample requirements for applying for the防爆CCC certification:
The sample machine submitted by the company must match the approved drawings and be fully assembled; the number of inspections should meet the requirements.
If special disassembly tools are required, they should be sent along as well.
For sealed-type electrical equipment, one set of sealed and unsealed products should be submitted each.
Observing window transparent pieces should be sent separately with at least 3, but no more than 5.
Translucent parts for lighting fixtures should be separately delivered with at least 5 pieces, totaling 8.
Rubber aging tests should provide 3 to 5 pieces of 35156 rubber blocks.
Insulate resistance testing of plastic shells requires 2 pieces of plastic sheets with a diameter of 150-60mm. If the dimensions permit, the test can be directly conducted on the plastic shell.

Institutional review of application materials: 2 business days
2. Issue Test Tasks: Within 2 working days after the review of the materials is completed

Testing Cycle: Generally, a Testing Report will be issued within 30 working days after confirmation of the sample receipt, subject to the completeness of the information provided by the customer and the requested explosion-proof type. If there are modifications during the testing process, the time for modifications will not be included. For composite types or tests with complex projects and longer cycles, the testing time will be extended accordingly.
