What factors can affect the calibration cycle of a combustible gas detector alarm?
Manufacturer Requirements: Different manufacturers may have varying inspection cycle requirements for their flammable gas detectors. Therefore, when purchasing equipment, carefully review the product manual to understand the specific requirements of the manufacturer.
Equipment Operating Environment: The operating environment of the alarm can directly affect its inspection cycle. If the equipment is frequently exposed to high concentrations of harmful gases, high humidity, or extreme temperatures (either high or low), its inspection cycle may be shortened accordingly.
‌Equipment Maintenance Status: The condition of equipment maintenance is also a significant factor affecting the inspection cycle. If the equipment frequently faces issues such as battery depletion or aging sensors, its inspection cycle will accordingly be shortened.

The uncertainty of the expanded gas standard substance is not significant (%). The standard gas concentration should not exceed 0.1% of the flow rate indication error of the repetitive dilution device for the gas standard substance with a concentration not high. The concentration unit of the gas standard substance should be converted to match the unit of the tested instrument, and the deviation should not be greater than 0.1%.
