详情描述
Shenzhen ZhongNuo Testing Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the calibration, certification, and metrological services for gas alarms, combustible gas detectors, toxic and harmful gas detectors, and other equipment in various locations. We provide services nationwide, addressing all sorts of electrical safety and explosion-proof fire prevention issues for clients, and contributing to safe production.
What information is included in the calibration report for a combustible gas detector?
The verification results should be reflected in the verification certificate or report, and the verification proof or report must include the following information.
Calibration Certificate or Calibration Report
② Laboratory Name and Address;
③ Calibration Location (if not calibrated in the laboratory)
④ Standing proof or report (e.g., numbered), with page and total number indicated on each page
Please provide the company name and address for shipment.
⑥ Clearly describe and specify the school target.
Calibration Date and Receipt Date
⑧ Technical specifications for calibration basis, including names and codes;
Description of traceability and effectiveness of the measurement standards used in our calibration.
⑩ Description of Calibration Environment
11. Calibration Results and Measurement Uncertainty Statement
12. Signature of the certifier or issuer of the calibration certificate/report, title or equivalent mark, and issuance date.
13. Calibration results are only applicable to the verification object.
14. No part of the certificate or report may be copied without written approval from the laboratory.
Re-proofreading interval
Instrument recalibration is typically every 1 year, determined by the sending unit based on actual usage. During the re-calibration process, if there are any doubts about the instrument's test data, or if the main components of the instrument are replaced, as well as after repairs, a recalibration is required.
Standard for calibration and verification of flammable and toxic gas detectors:
GB/T 50493-2019 "Design Standard for Detection and Alarm of Combustible and Toxic Gases in Petroleum and Chemical Industries"
GB12358-2006 General Technical Requirements for Environmental Gas Detection and Alarm Instruments in Workplaces
JJG 693-2011规程 for Calibration of Flammable Gas Detectors and Alarms
Gas Detector Alarm Calibration Standard Requirements
Regulation 5.5 of the "Regulation for Calibration of Combustible Gas Detectors" (JJG693-2011) states: The calibration period for combustible gas detection and alarm instruments: Generally, the calibration period of the instrument should not exceed one year. Instruments with suspected measurement data, instruments that have replaced major components, or those repaired should be sent for calibration promptly.
Section 3.5 of the "Regulations for the Use of Flammable Gas Detection and Alarm Systems" (SY6503-2000) stipulates: The flammable gas detection and alarm systems in use shall be calibrated regularly as required.
Occupational Health Service Station (GBZ/T223-2009) Article 7.2.1 stipulates: Calibration of detection and alarm devices should be carried out regularly according to the manufacturer's specified time and procedures.
Section 3.4 of the "Regulations for the Use of Combustible Gas Detectors" (SY6503-2000) stipulates that the installation and use of combustible gas detectors should have measurement instruments manufactured by recognized agencies with **protection against explosion** properties.
Regular Inspection Content for Gas Detectors
Installation spacing of inspection (detection) points
2. Installation Height of Detector
3. Indicated Error (Concentration)
4. Repetition (Concentration)
5. Alarm Error (Concentration)
6. Response Time (Seconds)
