SNBScrew Jack,Characterized by ball nuts housed within the shell, utilizing ball screws and nuts, made of hardened alloy steel, and bearing the load between the nut and screw. This rolling action reduces friction between the nut and screw, allowing for smooth movement of the load. Due to improved efficiency and rolling performance, ball screws can operate at higher speeds or over longer work cycles compared to standard trapezoidal screw lifts.

High-precision screw jack, suitable for industries such as stainless steel precision plate and wafer panel manufacturing. It saves space and enhances high precision and speed, significantly increasing production capacity.

The lifespan of the ball screw lifting machine series is primarily determined by the lifespan of the ball screw and other components such as worm gears and worms; we primarily verify the lifespan of the ball screw, while worm gears and worms may wear down but generally have a longer lifespan. This lifting machine is widely used in high-precision environments and for high-end automated equipment.

The working principle of the ball screw lifting mechanism brake is: one set of friction pairs is connected to the fixed frame; the other set is connected to the rotating shaft of the mechanism. When the friction pairs come into contact and are tightened, braking action is produced; when the friction pairs separate, the braking action is released, allowing the mechanism to move.

Ball screw lifting mechanism brakes can generally be divided into normally closed and normally open types based on their working state.

1. Normally Closed: When the mechanism is in a non-operational state, the brake is in a closed braking position; during operation, the control mechanism first automatically releases the brake. The lifting and telescoping mechanisms of tower cranes are both normally closed.

2. Normally Open: The brake is in a released state at all times. Braking is achieved through a mechanical or hydraulic mechanism when required. The swing mechanism of tower cranes and construction hoists, as well as the reduction gears for construction hoists, use a normally open design.

Based on different constructions, ball screw lifters can be divided into the following three types:

1. Belt Brakes: The braking steel belt generates a braking torque by radially gripping the brake wheel.

2. Block Brakes: Two symmetrical-arranged brake pads generate braking torque by radially gripping the brake wheel.

3. Disc and Cone Brakes: Metal discs with friction linings, both disc and cone types, are tightly pressed against each other axially to generate braking torque.
