SNLThe screw jack is widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, culture, and health. It can accurately control and adjust the height of lifting or advancing according to the corresponding program, and can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power source, or operated manually.
The screw lift can be operated by rotating the worm of the screw lift to achieve the vertical movement of the screw, serving as a push-pull or lifting mechanism. The gear rack lift is economically priced, compactly structured, easy to operate, and convenient to maintain.
SNLThe working principle of the screw jack:
SNLThe锥齿轮丝杆升降 platform is primarily used to convert rotational motion into linear motion or vice versa. It includes applications such as feed screws for machine tool worktables, which primarily transmit motion, as well as screw drive mechanisms for adjusting the relative positions of components. The screw jack comes in two types: sliding friction and rolling friction mechanisms. The sliding screw and nut mechanism features a simple structure, easy machining, low manufacturing cost, and self-locking capabilities, but it has a high friction torque and low transmission efficiency. The ball screw and nut mechanism, although more complex in structure and higher in manufacturing cost and unable to self-lock, boasts its significant advantages: low friction torque, high transmission efficiency, high precision, good system stiffness, reversible motion, and a long service life. The screw jack is composed of a worm gear reducer and a screw, with the reduction component being the worm gear drive that uses the worm to drive the worm gear for speed reduction. The worm gear acts as the nut for the lifting screw, matching the lifting screw.
