、Lowering equipment, disconnect the main power source before maintenance and stop operation.
、Lubricated elevator bearings and the warmth of the motor. During normal operation, the heat generated by the internal motor will relax the existing lubricant in the bearing cavity, making it easier for the new lubricant to displace.
、The cleaned oil overflow outlet pipe has been thoroughly cleaned. The old oil has become dry and hard, blocking the relief ports. The hard pipe has been cleaned of accumulated oil, and the valves have been opened to provide a path for excess oil or pressure relief.
、Remove grease relief plug from the motor bearing housing. The relief plug is installed near the bottom housing. It allows excess grease to vent or relieve pressure while applying new lubricant to the bearing housing.
、Clean, lint-free cloths for wiping oil nozzles. A light oil spray can help break down hardened dirt and grease buildup in oil nozzles. Before cleaning, thoroughly apply butter oil to the nozzle to prevent dust and debris from entering the bearings.
