The screw jack has taken on a very important role in the mechanical field of today's society. It stands out in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, with an ever-widening range of applications and expanding fields. Unlike hydraulic and pneumatic devices, it does not require complex hydraulic or air tanks; it can be directly driven by a handwheel or motor. Its use and installation are extremely convenient. Moreover, the screw jack features an automatic locking function, meeting the installation requirements for various working conditions. It can be said to be very practical and user-friendly.
Some customers have inquired about why our screw conveyors have insufficient lifting force. Therefore, our technical team has compiled the following four reasons for the insufficient lifting force of screw conveyors:
The fuel supply pump for the equipment is malfunctioning. This issue is typically caused by problems with the fuel supply pump, which can be resolved by inspecting or repairing the pump.
Low oil levels or a blocked oil filter. In this case, to avoid it, you not only need to add enough oil regularly, but also frequently clean the oil filter.
The directional valve is extremely tight. Due to internal leakage in the directional valve or equipment, it is necessary to replace the directional valve component of the equipment at this time.
4. The safety valve pressure adjustment did not meet the requirements. The issue can be resolved after adjusting the pressure of the safety valve on the screw elevator to the rated pressure of the equipment.
