Do not manually force stop the ball screw lift when in operation, as it may cause damage to the lift.
2. Under load conditions, do not switch the input shaft drive mode to manual operation on the ball screw lifting jack. The load may cause the input shaft to spin rapidly, posing a risk of injury to individuals.
3. When the elevator operates in a dusty environment, choose a dust cover extender accessory to protect the lead screw. When using the elevator outdoors, always consider using a housing or similar device to ensure the ball screw lift does not directly get exposed to the elements.
4. Select different types of lubricants for varying temperature ranges. Different temperatures can affect the efficiency of the screw jack due to changes in the viscosity of the lubricant, leading to a decrease in overall machine performance. Therefore, it is essential to choose one with ample driving power.
5. During operation, the temperature of the housing of the ball screw lift mechanism should not exceed 0-50℃. Ensure that the surface temperature of the sliding nut is also within this range. The ball screw lift mechanism is suitable for high-speed and high-frequency conditions, making it adaptable to various environments.
