After shutting off the power in the low-voltage explosion-proof distribution cabinet, dust inside the cabinet is cleaned, and the quality of the busbar and wire connections is inspected. The connection heads are checked for excessive heat and discoloration, and the stability and reliability of cable joints and terminal caps are verified. The wire joints are examined for rust, and the terminal caps are checked for tightness. All secondary power circuit connections are reliable, and the insulation meets specifications.
When checking the drawer cabinet, ensure it closes smoothly during release or withdrawal, and that the mechanical combination lock is reliable. Verify the actual operation of the automatic gas cutoff mechanism on the drawer cabinet, and confirm that the wiring screws are tightly fastened. Inspect the contactor surface and surrounding area for any signs of damage. If there is poor contact, minor repairs to the contactor surface may be necessary. If the contactor has significant thermal cracking (the contact surface is damaged to 1/3 of the original wall thickness), the contactor should be replaced. The switch power indicator, with its display light, is intact.
When inspecting the capacitor compensation cabinet, first turn off the cabinet, use cables with a cross-sectional area of over 10mm² for individual charging and discharging, and visually inspect the cabinet for good condition and no leakage. If the capacitor shell expands, immediately replace the charging and discharging equipment, and check the control circuit wiring screws and grounding system. After turning off, adjust the marking section and the automatic compensation section.
Maintenance and care of disconnectors within electrical control and junction cabinets: After disconnecting all loads, operate the disconnectors using a toggle lever. Retighten the wiring screws and check if the extensibility of the wound meets the requirements. Inspect whether the magnetic吹栅 is cracked or damaged, if the manual adjustment of mechanical interlock is functioning properly, whether the contact points are in good condition, and if necessary, check the surface of the contact points. Inspect the internal structure for loose, deformed, or missing springs, washers, and screws.
