What documentation is required for insurance claims after a shipment has been damaged?

Claims amounting to 2,000 yuan (inclusive) and below
Original claim application letter with official seal (for individuals shipping in their own name, please fill in personal ID and fingerprint)
2. Receipt of Goods (i.e., the recipient's record of receiving the shipment)
3. Damaged Photo
4. Claim Rights Assignment Letter (for non-shipper's claims)

Claims amount of up to 2,000-5,000 yuan (inclusive of 5,000 yuan)
Original Shipping Bill (Customer Copy)
2. Original claim application letter with official seal (for shipments made in personal name, please fill in personal ID card and fingerprint)
3. Invoice or purchase/sales contract, etc., as proof of goods value
4. Receipt Note (i.e., the consignee's record of receipt)
5. Damaged Photo
6. Claim of Rights Assignment (Non-Shipper's Claim)

Claims exceeding $5,000 or involving insurance companies and outsourcing firms
Original Shipment Bill (Customer Copy)
2. Original claim application letter stamped with official seal (for shipments made in personal name, please fill in personal ID and fingerprint)
3. Shipment list, packing list, warehouse release document, or allocation slip
4. Invoice or purchase/sales contract, etc., as proof of goods value
5. Receipt Note (i.e., the consignee's record of receipt)
6. Certification reports or technical descriptions should be provided for machinery, equipment, electronics, and IT products; maintenance lists or repair invoices (issued by professional repair departments or manufacturers).
7. Damaged Photo
8. Claim Right Assignment Letter (for claims not initiated by the shipper)
