EPDM rubber hoses come in various types. During production, we must select the appropriate rubber hose manufacturing process based on the product's structure and type. The single extrusion rubber hose has a simple production line composition; it only requires selecting a suitable rubber extruder to extrude and shape the product. After extrusion, the product is then vulcanized in a hot air vulcanization box to obtain the desired linear rubber hose. For single-layer rubber bent hoses, the hoses are inserted into the forming mandrel after extrusion and then heated and vulcanized in a vulcanization box or directly in a vulcanization pot. In the case of composite rubber hoses, the choice of production equipment depends on the product's composition. For instance, cooling rubber hoses used in cars consist of two layers of rubber with a layer of knitted yarn in between. This requires the use of two rubber extruders for online production, where the extruders extrude the rubber hoses, then a knitting machine wraps the inner hose with knitted yarn, followed by another extruder to extrude the outer layer. This forms the structure of the rubber hose. As the rubber hoses used in cars are variable, we use a fixed-length cutting machine to cut them to the appropriate length, then insert them into a forming mold, and vulcanize them in a pot to obtain our product. Therefore, the equipment composition of the EPDM rubber hose production line is determined by the product's requirements.
