PVC pipe production lines and PE pipe production lines, as common types of plastic machinery for piping materials, require regular maintenance and care. This maintenance must be conducted according to specific procedures and in compliance with the safety and technical performance requirements of the corresponding equipment. This approach benefits the operation of the equipment and effectively ensures the safety of both the equipment and personnel.
Ensure regular inspections of pipeline leaks and the tightness of fasteners.
2. Regularly inspect the reliability of the lubrication system, and lubricate the moving parts as per regulations. Check if the oil levels in the lubrication pump reservoir and the base oil reservoir are sufficient.
Regularly inspect the safety devices of the machinery to ensure they are functioning properly, especially after mold changes, to check if the mechanical safety has been adjusted accordingly.
4. Regularly inspect the grounding connections and the insulation of electrical components as well as the aging of wires.
5. Regularly inspect the oil filter or packing for condition, and promptly clean or replace as needed. Keep an eye on whether the oil quality is contaminated or deteriorated. When hydraulic oil turns brownish-black and emits an odor, it indicates oxidation and deterioration, and the hydraulic oil should be updated as soon as possible; when there are small black spots or transparent specks in the hydraulic oil, it indicates the presence of impurities or metal powder, and it should be filtered or replaced.
6. Maintenance of critical components such as screws and barrels must be conducted according to the instructions provided.
7. Regularly perform maintenance and repairs on plastic pipe equipment based on operational hours, focusing on cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, disassembling, and inspecting.
