PVC boasts high hardness and excellent mechanical properties. Its strength increases with the rising molecular weight but decreases with temperature. Rigid PVC exhibits superior mechanical properties, with an elastic modulus as high as 1500-3000 MPa. In contrast, soft PVC has an elasticity of 1.515 MPa. The elongation at break can reach 200% to 450%. The coefficient of friction for PVC is average, with a static friction factor of 0.4-0.5 and a kinetic friction factor of 0.23. PVC sheets are primarily categorized into rigid PVC, flexible PVC, soft PVC, and transparent sheets.
1. PVC Hard Surface: Smooth surface, free of cracks and bubbles. Available in general colors like gray, white, black, blue, and colored computer materials; also in PVC and secondary processed chemicals for various acidic and alkaline corrosion-resistant equipment. Widely used in industries such as chemicals, electroplating, smelting, and water treatment. Currently, the construction and decoration material industry uses PVC boards as templates, with a high demand. However, it is not suitable for food containers. 2. PVC Soft Sheet: PVC sheets with plasticizers and other additives are extruded into soft materials.

Flexible PCB Appearance: Smooth surface, soft yet durable texture. Available in colors such as white, green, red, gray, brown, black, and more.
Application: Used for equipment linings that are resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion, also serves as general electrical insulation and sealing materials such as gaskets. Operating temperature range is from 20°C to 40°C.
3. PVC is transparent, hard, smooth, flame-retardant, insulating, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, non-deforming, light-resistant, fade-resistant, and has strong weather resistance. Its wide range of applications includes shock-absorbing and corrosion-resistant equipment containers, lids, boxes, architectural hardware, and decorative and interior decoration advantages.

4. Our PVC transparent soft boards feature a smooth overall surface, free of cracks and bubbles, with even coloration.
