The working process of a steam boiler generally includes the following steps, each requiring careful attention and patience. Raw water is fed into the tubes of the separator and evaporator (which are connected) by an injection pump. The liquid level is controlled through a level sensor connected to a PLC. Industrial steam then enters the shell of the evaporator to heat the raw water in the tubes to the evaporation temperature, transforming the raw water into steam. This steam, in the high travel of the separator at low speed, is separated by gravity, with small droplets returning to the raw water for re-evaporation. The steam then becomes pure steam, passing through a specially designed clean mesh device and into the top of the separator. It is then channeled through the output pipeline to various distribution systems and usage points.
