The flipper machine places the wrapped object at the center of a turntable, then starts the motor to rotate the turntable, naturally driving the turntable to rotate and wrap the object with film. It is widely used in various modern packaging production processes. Due to its relatively high price, it is crucial to promptly identify and resolve any issues with the flipper machine during daily use to minimize losses for production enterprises.
Below, we introduce common malfunctions of the flipper machine:
No response upon initial startup of the machine.
First, check the main power supply and control power supply. When they are properly connected, inspect for any damage to the PLC, and replace it immediately if there are any issues.
Wheel of Misfortune
When the turntable does not rotate, we can first check if the inverter parameters are set as required. Then inspect the inverter, potentiometer, turntable reducer, and turntable motor for any faults, and promptly repair or replace them if issues are found. Check if the distance between the large and small sprockets on the turntable chain is within the standard range. Ensure that the turntable reducer is properly connected to the sprocket.
The wheel requires manual pushing to start.
The cause is that the inverter's soft start-up time setting is too long; please reset it. Check if the dip switch is damaged, and repair the dip switch.
Membrane frame's membrane feeding speed cannot be adjusted.
Possible reasons include: damage to the DC speed control box, no output replacement available; and severe wear on individual tray wheels, necessitating replacement of the tray wheels.
