Car Rental Process:

1. Temporary Short-Term Rental/Chauffeur Service

Please inform us of your vehicle requirements (rental period, vehicle type, itinerary, etc.) and any other relevant requirements. Our customer service will promptly provide you with quotes and other relevant information.

(2) Customer service will send the rental contract to the client via fax or email.

(3) Upon receiving the rental agreement, customers should fill in the relevant information, affix their seal or signature, and return it.

(4) Upon receiving the contract, the booking is confirmed; the driver's information will be sent to the booker one day in advance. At that time, the driver will contact the person using the vehicle.

(5) Payment Settlement. Upon completion of vehicle use, the driver settles the fees with the user immediately.

2. Long-term car rental services

(1) The parties have reached an agreement to sign a long-term car rental contract.

(2) Customers place orders for vehicles via phone, email, or other means.

(3) Customer service arranges vehicles based on the vehicle usage requirements.

(4) Rent Payment: Settlement as per contract terms.

3. Corporate Bus Rental

Please call to inform us of the required vehicle type, driving route, rental duration, and other relevant information.

(2) The quotation bus customer service provides detailed quotes to your company.

(3) Both parties must provide materials, sign a shuttle agreement, and then the shuttle service can begin operating.

(4) Monthly settlement for bus fees.
