• The system employs a professional-grade softswitch server architecture, supporting scheduling, switching, and conferencing functions.

• The system accesses wired, wireless, broadcast, and other communication devices, as well as video monitoring equipment, via IP networks and various gateway devices.

• The system facilitates various dispatch operations such as single call, conference, broadcast, force call, and force insert via a touch screen dispatch console.

• Interoperable with the existing IPPBX via SIP trunking to E1, and with the existing programmable PBX through E1 trunking or FXO loopback trunking.

•The system connects to the simulation cluster, digital cluster, and shortwave radio stations through a cluster gateway.

• Through interfacing with a repeater or vehicle-mounted radio, various terminals within the system can communicate with the wireless trunking system in half-duplex/full-duplex mode for dispatching.

• The system connects to network recorders, IP cameras, and video service groups via video access gateways.
