naica®The fully automated droplet chip digital PCR system utilizes Sapphire chips (fully automated) or Opal chips (high-throughput) as consumables to form a single-layer two-dimensional array consisting of 25,000-30,000 droplets. After the formation of the droplet array, PCR amplification experiments are conducted directly. Following the reaction, the droplets are imaged using a three-channel system to quantitatively determine the initial nucleic acid concentration. Results can be obtained in just 2.5 hours.
