Safe Operation Guidelines for Trailer Cranes
With our latest company news, we would like to emphasize the importance of safety and certification for our crane truck drivers. Operators must undergo professional training and pass the relevant departmental assessment before being issued with a driver's license and a special operations permit for crane machinery. It is strictly prohibited to operate the crane truck under the influence of alcohol or when suffering from any physical conditions. Additionally, unauthorized personnel are strictly forbidden from using the crane truck.
The crane operator should, according to the manufacturer's specifications, promptly carry out maintenance and care for the crane, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that the vehicle remains in perfect condition at all times.
Operations must be conducted according to the lifting characteristics table, adhering strictly to the specified lifting capacity and operational radius; overloading is strictly prohibited.
The ground where the car-mounted crane operates should be flat and firm, maintaining a safe distance from channels and excavation pits.
Before operation, retract the boom, hook, and stabilizers. Maintain moderate speed during travel and avoid sudden braking. Slow down when crossing railway crossings and uneven roads. Absolutely no coasting downhill in neutral gear; someone must supervise when reversing. For winter travel with the tow truck, ensure anti-slip measures are in place on the road.
Before operation, extend all the jacking legs of the vehicle-mounted crane. For soft or insufficiently load-bearing ground, wooden blocks must be placed under the foot of the jacks. Adjust the jacking legs to achieve the required level.
The adjustment of the support legs must be performed when no load is present, retracting the extended boom arms, and it is strictly prohibited to manipulate the support leg control valve during the operation.
Before the car-mounted crane begins lifting operations, it is mandatory to inspect that all crane components are complete and in good condition.Safety Regulations for Trailer Cranes,After the crane truck is started, it should operate under no load to check the normal and sensitive operation of all components, such as the control devices, brakes, hydraulic systems, and safety devices. It is strictly prohibited to run machinery with malfunctions. Before operation, attention should be paid to the presence of any obstructions within the crane's turning radius.
When the ground is soft, a trial lift is mandatory, with the lifting weight not exceeding...20CMInspect all crane legs for any looseness or sinking, and only proceed with lifting after confirming they are in good condition.
When lifting heavier objects, the object should first be lifted off the ground no more than...20CMEnsure the crane's stability and the brakes are responsive and effective, and only proceed with lifting upon confirmation of normal operation.
When the crane is lifting at full load or near full load, it is prohibited to perform two or more operations simultaneously. The left and right rotation angles of the crane's boom cannot exceed...45Prohibit tilting, pulling, and rapid lifting. It is strictly forbidden to extend the telescopic boom while carrying heavy loads.
When using the tow truck at night, ensure adequate lighting and clear pathways for lifting operations at the work site. Additionally, maintain a safe distance from nearby equipment and buildings to prevent collisions during operation.
Operation of the winch should be performed slowly and steadily under normal circumstances; emergency operations are only permissible in special situations.
When performing lifting operations, the load being lifted should be avoided passing over the driver's cabin. No one is permitted to stand, work, or pass through under the work area, beneath the crane arm, and below the hook and the load being lifted.
When working near energized power lines, tow trucks should maintain a safe distance from the lines.
During operation, the crane's hook and pulley maintain a safe distance to prevent over-reeling and snapping the钢丝绳 or toppling the crane boom.
During operation, the crane mounted on the vehicle is not to be inspected or adjusted. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the cabin. .
Drivers and crane operators must work closely together and follow the signals given by the signal person. Before operation, a horn must be sounded. If unclear or incorrect signals are observed, the driver has the right to refuse to proceed. During work, the driver must immediately stop if any emergency stop signal is given by anyone, and only after eliminating unsafe factors can work continue.
Prohibit workers from riding on lifting objects for up and down movements. Hand contact with cables and pulleys is strictly forbidden during operation to prevent accidents.
No items should be suspended in the air during downtime or breaks, and adequate lighting must be provided for night shifts.
In case of issues such as leg sinking or the crane tilting, the lifting object must be immediately lowered, and the operation can only resume after adjustments and elimination of unsafe factors.
After operation, the crane arm of the vehicle should be fully retracted and properly placed, and the hook should be securely fastened. All braking systems of the mechanisms must be firmly engaged.
Strictly adhere to the "Ten Do Not Lifting" regulations for crane operations.Safe Operation Guidelines for Trailer CranesNo lifting when command signals are unclear; no lifting when the load is overloaded or its weight is unknown; no lifting of heavy objects on an incline; no lifting when light is insufficient and the heavy object is not visible; no lifting when people are standing beneath the heavy object; no lifting when the heavy object is buried underground; no lifting if the heavy object is not securely fastened, or if the rope is tangled or uneven; no lifting of pointed or sharp objects without padding; no lifting of heavy objects over people's heads; no lifting if the safety device is malfunctioning.
