1. Ventilator installation space requirements
The installation area for the ventilation fan, when estimating, should consider the following points:
Does not interfere with the normal operation of adjacent machines.
② Safely and conveniently inspect the ventilator.
When dismantling the impeller, there should be sufficient space.
2. Various installation methods and requirements
⑴ Ground installation
Vents are generally installed on concrete foundations, but smaller models with lower motor power can be mounted directly onto the ground without a foundation. Nonetheless, the strength of the foundation should still be taken into account.
Floor installation (high platform)
Pay close attention to the rigidity and strength of the installation area to avoid resonance during the operation of the ventilator; otherwise, reinforcement measures must be taken.
⑶ Ventilator enclosed in the box
To prevent fan vibration caused by insufficient structural rigidity and strength, it is crucial to pay full attention to the strength of the installation frame. Especially when using vibration-proof materials such as vibration-proof rubber (springs), ensure that the fan and motor are mounted on the same base plate.
