Firstly, for the GXF mixed flow fan, the outward protrusion of the baffle is directly related to the fan's exhaust efficiency. As the outward protrusion of the baffle results in an irregular airflow field, it leads to poor exhaust performance. Modifying the shape of the exhaust baffle to a layout form is highly beneficial to improving the exhaust efficiency of the GXF mixed flow fan, and this method is also widely applied.
Secondly, the suction efficiency of the GXF mixed-flow fan is also affected by external factors. Within a stable airflow field, it can maintain the suction efficiency of the fan well. However, once the circumferential and radial uniformities are disrupted, it may trigger abnormal flow phenomena such as stall in the fan.
