Do you know what engineering materials are needed for integrated pipeline wall panels? Below, our editor will provide a detailed introduction.
1. Pre-fabricated pipeline integrated wall panels are produced according to the size of engineering drawings. Various types of wall panels are transported to the site. The storage area must be level. When placing the panels, position them according to different specifications, ensuring the vertical angle is as perpendicular as possible.
2. Construction Tools: steel measuring tape, chalk line bags, small hammer, cutting machine, nail gun, kitchen knife, dustpan, scraper, line level, aluminum alloy ruler (2 meters long), boring bar, board saw, and drywall, wooden wedges, etc.
3. Job Preparation: After completing the basic structure of the building, use a marking line to outline the edges of the partition board at the bottom where beams and circuit boards need to be installed, and where the wiring is to be placed. Clean the installation floor and cut off any protrusions. Mix composite lime with cement and rubber powder.
4. During the installation of laths, the side edges should be elevated to the position where they align with the bottom of the beam and board along with the installation line. The adhesive surface should be coated with the prepared cement mortar, and both sides should have a beveled angle. The installation sequence is as follows: start with the wall edges and proceed in order. When a wall panel is pushed to one side, lift it using a wide-bladed lever, and crush the top edge to tightly compress the gap and squeeze out the adhesive. During the push, it is important to note that the wall panel should be corrected with a vertical line and an aluminum alloy ruler to ensure it remains aligned with the installed edge line, regardless of deviation. After installing a lath, it is recommended to check that the gap between door frames does not exceed 15mm. After testing, secure the bottom and top of the lath with wooden wedges. Use a trowel to spread the cement mortar. Install the entire wall panel according to the method used for a main lath.
5. Equipment exceeding 3.3 meters in height:
(1) The integrated pipeline wall panels are up to 3.2 meters in length, with the bending strength of a 90mm panel exceeding 2000N. Based on the fracture and impact resistance of the 90mm panel, the maximum strength is not to exceed 4 meters. Installation within the gaps, following standard procedures, ensures safety.
(2) Panel Seam: Cut smaller panels larger than 3.2 meters using a cutting machine, and arrange them in an alternating and vertical manner. The installation method remains consistent with the aforementioned construction techniques and joint treatment.
