Rotary Kiln SNCR Denitrification Equipment Product Introduction

     The SNCR denitrification equipment of a rotary kiln operates on the principle that under high temperatures (typically between 850℃ and 1100℃), an ammonia-containing reductant (such as aqueous ammonia, urea solution, etc.) is sprayed into the kiln. The reductant undergoes a selective non-catalytic reduction reaction with the NOx in the flue gas, producing harmless N2 and H2O. This temperature range is the optimal condition for the SNCR reaction, as within this range, the reductant can effectively react with NOx to form nitrogen gas without being oxidized by oxygen in the flue gas.
