Section 2: Working Principle

This increases the collision probability between dust, sulfur oxides, and water, and utilizes the speed of the atomized droplets to create a high gas-liquid relative velocity, ensuring effective dust removal and desulfurization. Additionally, as the gas passes through the sieve plate, it causes bubbling on the liquid layer, which increases the surface area and turbulent state for mass transfer between gas and liquid, enhancing the transfer rate and further improving the desulfurization and dust removal efficiency. The desulfurization products flow downward with the water to the bottom of the desulfurization tower and are discharged through overflow holes. The purified gas is then released from the top of the tower after being defogged by the defogger, achieving the goal of dust and desulfurization removal.
