What is the blowing pressure of the pulse bag dust collector?
Shi HengPulse Baghouse Dust CollectorThe dust removal system of the pulse jet bag filter (see attached figure) is controlled by a pulse jet control device. The dust removal system of the pulse jet bag filter typically has three cleaning methods: timed, pressure-controlled, and manual cleaning. So, what is the appropriate blowing pressure for the pulse jet bag filter? Since the main purpose of dust removal is to control and stabilize the pressure difference, here, the editor of Shiheng introduces the characteristics of the pulse jet bag filter in controlling pressure difference:

1) Timing control for pulse bag dust collectors ensures stable pressure difference; while simple, it is not an economical method either.
2) If manually timed ash cleaning is implemented, it cannot guarantee that ash cleaning will be performed promptly every time the filter bags require it.
3) Generally speaking, what would be an ideal spray pressure and differential pressure control value for a pulse jet dust collector? Referring to some technical literature and the years of production experience of our factory, the operating resistance of a pulse jet dust collector should ideally be controlled above 1000Pa. When the resistance value is high, it should not exceed 2500 to 3000Pa. If the resistance value reaches 6000Pa, it is clearly abnormal.
