The tank has been completed. Due to numerous welds between the steel plates, the tank will undergo weld inspection and special treatments to ensure its quality for future use and stable operation.
Weld Seam Inspection:Firstly,Perform non-destructive testingRT, followed by penetration testing and pressure tests (pure nitrogen), and helium mass spectrometry leak testing is conducted on each weld and joint using a "helium mass spectrometer."
The storage container has undergone a full acid wash, cleaned to oxygen purity standards, and has been tested with imported ultraviolet black light, ensuring no oil residue or other organic impurities are present.
The internal cleaning and drying of the tank is completed and the time interval between it and the mating with the outer container is less thanAfter 3 hours, the pairing is completed, and the container and jacket are filled with nitrogen to protect against dust and other organic impurities, ensuring the cleanliness of the interior.
The interior and exterior surfaces of the storage tank container undergo sandblasting treatment. The Sa-2.5a standard requires that after the steel plate surface is in its natural metallic color, the surface dust must be completely vacuumed off with a vacuum cleaner to ensure the stability of the vacuum degree within the sandwich.
The finished paint film on the outer surface of the storage tank is dense and robust, with a dry film thickness exceeding250µm, guaranteed to last at least 3 years without fading.
