Quality Assurance System

Zhiyuan Biology obtained a drug production license in 2013 and has subsequently passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, and the ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

We boast a 2,000㎡ high-standard GMP production facility and a comprehensive quality assurance system. Our testing equipment includes over 40 units valued at over 20 million RMB, such as a Thermo Fisher ion chromatograph, a Beckman capillary electrophoresis instrument, a Shimadzu gas and liquid chromatograph, an infrared spectrometer, and a spectrophotometer, enabling independent testing for all projects from raw material entry to product shipment.

Scientific Research and Innovation

Zhiyuan Biology has established a research and development center in Jinan, which serves as the foundation for collaborations with colleges and research institutions. We have successively founded innovative platforms such as the Shandong University-Zhiyuan Biology Cyclodextrin Application Research Center, Nankai University-Zhiyuan Biology Cyclodextrin Collaborative Innovation Center, and China Pharmaceutical University-Zhiyuan Biology Jointly Built Cyclodextrin Laboratory. We possess one provincial-level R&D platform and four municipal-level R&D platforms, and have undertaken several major national and provincial scientific research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Science and Technology Supporting Economy 2020" program.

Hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin and sodium butyl beta-cyclodextrin have been registered and successfully recorded at the CDE. The oral grade registration number for hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin is F20209990366 (status "A"), and the injectable grade registration number is F20180001469. The CDE registration number for sodium butyl beta-cyclodextrin is F20190000285 (status "A"), methyl beta-cyclodextrin CDE registration number F20210000272, and hydroxypropyl gamma-cyclodextrin CDE registration number F20220000042.
