The choice of changing the cooling point in glass-fiber cooling towers from outdoor to indoor directly affects the cooling duration of the system. Assuming that the calculated water temperature required to end the air conditioning at this point is 12.7°C, considering the cooling tower's cooling capacity, pipeline, and heat exchanger losses, which cause the water temperature to rise by 4.5°C, it can be determined that the cooling tower cooling mode can be switched to when the outdoor wet-bulb temperature is equal to or below 8.2°C.

This approach raises the outdoor replacement temperature for the cooling tower's supply method, subsequently increasing the duration of the cooling supply.
