As the economy grows, cities are constantly constructing towering buildings. The use of mobile buildings can completely eliminate chaos, transforming it into a beautiful and appealing sight. Firstly, they are easy to transport, making them particularly suitable for companies that frequently change work sites. They are sturdy and durable, made of all-steel material with strong seismic resistance and deformation prevention. Mobile buildings also offer excellent sealing performance, and their rigorous manufacturing process ensures they have good watertightness.

Technical Points for Mobile Home Installation

1. The fixed panels (roof and walls) of the prefabricated shed should show no obvious deformation or damage; fasteners, waterproof washers, metal washers, nylon sleeves, etc., should be securely connected; and the sealant should be complete and effective.

The roof panels of the activity sheds should be installed flatly, with the overlap direction being correct and consistent.

3. Wall panel installations should be properly laid out with smooth surfaces; pre-buried wall panel installations should be level. Use tongue and groove joints for vertical overlaps, with the outer board overlapping downward; the overlap length should be no less than 15mm.

4. Electrical wiring in the prefabricated buildings should be done using PVC conduits (trenches), ensuring neat and aesthetically pleasing installations; the electrical equipment configuration meets design specifications; and there is no insulation aging or extension in the lines.

5. Fire Prevention: Fire distances must comply with design and specification requirements; fire exits should be unobstructed; fire hydrants and extinguishers should be properly placed and configured; fire-resistant insulation measures in kitchens and other fire-prone areas must be effective; the oxygen index of metal sandwich panels should not be less than 32, and combustible materials like wooden floors should be treated for fire resistance.

6. Lightning Protection: The lightning protection grounding setup meets design and specification requirements; the grounding resistance should pass the test.

7. Corrosion Protection: Steel components should be painted and free of corrosion; exposed bolts should be properly protected. Corrosion protection measures in highly corrosive environments should meet design requirements. The area around the trailer should have good drainage, no standing water, and no debris.

Installation Precautions for Mobile Buildings

Before installing the wall panels, check if the columns and wall beams are installed correctly, securely, and flat.

2. Vertical joints of metal sandwich panels should be sealed with tongue-and-groove joints or H-shaped aluminum splices, and sealant should be applied at the seams.

3. The metal sandwich panels should be connected to the ground beam, wall beam, or floor truss using bolts. The lateral spacing of the connecting bolts should not exceed 500mm (with at least two bolts per panel along the width of each panel).

4. During the installation of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures, the pre-buried panels should be promptly mounted in the grooves on both sides of the columns. The upper and lower overlaps of the pre-buried panels should be lap joints, with the outer panel overlapping downwards, and the overlap length should be no less than 15mm.
