Slope Treatment

Clean up debris from the slope, backfill and compact low-lying areas to ensure a smooth slope surface.

Laying out a 3D web

⑴ Installation: Lay the three-dimensional vegetation net along the slope from top to bottom, ensuring a smooth and even combination between the net and the slope surface.

When laying the pre-buried three-dimensional mesh on the slope top, it needs to extend 40-80 cm, be buried in the soil, and compacted.

⑶ Anchoring: The three-dimensional mesh is anchored from bottom to top using U-shaped rebar with a diameter of 6mm or more. The U-shaped rebar is approximately 15-30cm in length and 8mm in width. The spacing between the U-shaped rebars is about 1.5-2.5m, with 8# U-shaped nails or bamboo pegs used for auxiliary fixation in the middle.

Soil Covering: The three-dimensional vegetation net has been laid, and the soil is evenly spread over the net, covering it completely to ensure no gaps, with a minimum soil thickness of 12mm on the vegetation net. Then, fertilizer, auxins, and binder are mixed in a specific ratio and evenly applied to the surface. The fertilizer is a compound fertilizer with a N:P:K ratio of 15:15:15 or 10:8:7, along with organic matter containing N, with a dosage of approximately 30-50g/㎡.

Spray Seeding

The soil has been backfilled, and the hydraulic seeding process is about to begin. The seeds (approximately 25 grams per square meter) are to be mixed with adhesives, wood fibers, fertilizers, growth hormones, moisture retainers, and water in a specific ratio, creating a uniform mixture. This mixture is then evenly sprayed onto the slope using a hydraulic seeding machine.

Covered

After the hydroseeding construction is completed, non-woven fabric is laid over the slope surface to retain moisture and minimize the erosion of seeds by rainfall, promoting seed growth. If the temperature is too high, there is no need to cover, to prevent the occurrence of pests and diseases.

Maintenance Management

After the spray-seeding work is completed, regular maintenance is essential until the lawn establishes. The non-woven fabric can be removed once the grass reaches approximately 5 cm in height.
