The plastic blind channel features a unique three-dimensional mesh structure with a high surface porosity, exceeding 85%. It outperforms traditional blind channels with porous pipes and cylindrical mesh tubes in terms of surface water absorption and water collection properties.


2. High void ratio, excellent drainage properties

Plastic blind trench materials feature a three-dimensional mesh structure with a high porosity of over 85%, especially the hollow-shaped materials which have an even greater porosity. Due to the high porosity, the resistance to water flow is minimal, offering excellent drainage capabilities. Even under super-load pressures, when the porosity of the plastic blind trench is reduced to 50%, it still maintains significant drainage capacity.

Traditional blind channel materials often have low compressive strength, easily damaged under high pressure, leading to the interruption of drainage pathways and drainage failure. Plastic blind channel materials have high compressive strength and good resilience. Under a pressure of 250kPa, the void ratio of the cross-section remains above 60%, and it can return to its original state after the pressure is released, eliminating issues of drainage failure due to overloading or other causes.
