HDPE pipes offer numerous advantages, but there are some precautions to be aware of when using them:

Due to the plastic material of the pipeline, which has a high coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, it is not recommended to be exposed to direct sunlight, as high temperatures can affect its ring stiffness. It is suggested to store it in a cool place and cover it with a waterproof board or cloth.

When using components like straight or three-way connectors, during installation, orient the openings upwards, with the unperforated parts resting below.

Fittings are initially lined with a waterproof geotextile before being embedded, followed by backfilling with碎石, which must not exceed 5cm in diameter. A filter geotextile can be laid over the碎石 layer.

To filter out silt and prevent it from entering the pipeline and causing blockages, geotextile filter fabric is not required if the height of the gravel layer exceeds 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe material.
