（1Please operate and maintain the equipment by trained personnel. The keys for the safety devices and the control panel switches must be kept by designated personnel only.
（2When operating machinery, do not wear loose clothing or accessories, as there is a risk of being caught or pulled in. As needed, use protective gear such as helmets, goggles, safety boots, earplugs, and gloves. Always conduct a check before beginning work.
（3Do not dismantle safety devices and covers (except for maintenance), and do not alter the installation location. Do not operate after removing various interlock devices.
（4Please set the operational range considering the movement of machines and materials, and do not enter this area while in operation. Particularly during processing, the clamps move forward and backward along the worktable, and there is a risk of body collision with the clamps, which may cause injury.
When processing long-sized materials, the material being held by the clamp may extend beyond the machine's exterior. If the material extends past the worktable, there is a risk of the body colliding with the extended material, leading to injury. Please set the work area considering the above movements and implement safety measures such as guardrails and auxiliary worktables.
（5Ensure there are no other workers or obstructions around and on the worktable before starting the CNC bus cutting machine. Pay special attention to the blind spot at the rear of the machine; do not sit or lean against it. Do not operate the machine with the operation cabinet, high-voltage cabinet, or machine maintenance door open. Avoid frequent on-off operations of the power supply in a short period of time.
（6When operating within the machine's work area (loading materials, removing excess materials, etc.), please ensure safety at all times; when holding materials, be mindful not to get your fingers or any other body parts, or your clothing, caught in the clamps.
（7Do not enter the machine or the range of material movement while the machine is in operation; in the event of a power outage, immediately switch the "Main Power" in the electrical cabinet to "Off."OFF”。
（8Operations of the machine should be conducted by an operator familiar with the job content individually. If multiple operators are involved in the work (such as material handling in and out), please confirm the job status with each other before proceeding.
（9High voltage is present inside the power cabinet, and electric shock can cause fatal accidents. Please first disconnect the main power supply of the factory, then open the electrical cabinet.
（10During operation, piping from the hydraulic station may be active.70Do not touch the piping at around ℃ of high temperature.
（11When changing metal molds, please always press the "Emergency Stop" button first before proceeding with the operation. In the event of any malfunction during operation, immediately press the "Emergency Stop" button.
