The shearing process is an essential component in the copper strip processing machine. Currently, the shearing technology of copper strip processing machines is divided into misalignment shearing and punch shearing. Below, let's take a closer look:
1.Displaced Shearing.
Most copper bar processing machines use misalignment shearing for the cutting process. This design simplifies mold manufacturing, the cutting method is straightforward, making it easy for users to understand, operate, and maintain. However, the copper bar cut edges are often uneven, with a small smooth cutting area and an inclined edge, which does not meet the usage requirements.
2.Shearing and cutting.
After research and analysis of relevant materials, it has been found that the stamping method is more similar to punching compared to shearing. The only difference is that the shape of the punching is a very narrow rectangle, which is a closed shearing. During the stamping process, since both sides of the cutting edge of the tool come into contact with the copper strip, the forces are symmetrically distributed, resulting in a higher level of uniformity and quality of the copper strip切口 compared to the previous method.
