The Concentration and Extraction Units are particularly suitable for the food industry, capable of effectively extracting substances like juice thoroughly. However, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is crucial to operate it according to the correct methods and procedures. Only then can the machine function properly.
Proper operation procedure for extracting and concentrating units:
Pre-startup preparations include checking for any leaks in the equipment's sealed areas and valves, ensuring the vacuum pump operates smoothly and is in good condition, verifying that the electrical equipment and voltage in the automatic control box are normal, and confirming that the boiler water is filled to capacity and the cooling water circulation is functioning properly.
Secondly, after removing the lid of the extraction tank, weigh the material according to the specified requirements and add it to the tank. Introduce the appropriate amount of water or solvent, turn on the main power, activate the heating auto button, open the cooling water for the condenser, set the desired temperature on the temperature controller, start the hot water pump for hot water circulation. Once the target temperature is reached, you can turn on the vacuum pump. Note: Before starting the vacuum pump, first open the water inlet valve, and strictly prohibit running it without water. Open the vacuum valve of the extraction tank to maintain a vacuum level between -0.03MPa and -0.04MPa within the tank to increase the boiling point inside and the dynamic nature of the material. If the vacuum pump emits a high-pitched scream, adjust the vent valve on the vacuum pump head counterclockwise slightly. After extraction is complete, turn off the power to the hot water pump and circulation pump, and open the venting port.
Extracted Concentration Unit
After a long-term shutdown, the water ring vacuum pump can be started by removing the motor fan cover and rotating the fan blades several times by hand.
Maintenance of Concentrating Equipment Units
1. Cleaning and Storage of Cleaning Utensils: Wipe cloths and buckets should be washed with detergent until the original color shows through, rinsed with drinking water until free of suds, wrung out, and then placed in the cleaning utensil room (area) to air dry naturally.
2. Upon completion of cleaning, fill out the site clearance record.
Please note: After equipment and machinery have been repaired, a thorough inspection must be conducted to ensure no parts have fallen off before proceeding with decontamination and cleaning operations.
Here is the operation procedure for the extraction concentrator. Follow the instructions above, and trust in the effectiveness of the extraction equipment while ensuring the longevity of the machine.
