1). After about three days of work, it is necessary to check the lubrication. The oil cup on the reducer must not be low on oil. The bearing in the adjustment rod of the extruder shaft should be lubricated with grease once per shift through the adjustment screw hole, and dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
2). All lubrication points should be protected against dust and other contaminants. The oil quality of the corn harvester's reducer should be inspected once a year. If it is found to be degraded, replace all the oil.
When the squeezing amount is reduced and the extrusion or oil output is abnormal, the squeezing screw shaft should be removed to inspect the wear of the squeezing screw, squeezing strips, and the extrusion ring. Worn parts should be replaced promptly.
At the end of each shift, clean out the remaining cake from the machine and wipe down the machine surface to remove dust and grease.
5). After the harvest season, corn combine harvesters should be serviced once for long-term storage. The press screw, press bar, and cake ring should be disassembled, cleaned, and re-oiled, then placed in a dry location.
