The wastewater treatment equipment for laundry mainly consists of an aeration tank, primary sedimentation tank, contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, sludge tank, and control system, which is primarily used for the wastewater from tableware cleaning and disinfection.
The laundry factory is a facility that washes clients' items using water, similar to a dry cleaning plant, but on a larger and more extensive scale.
The laundry factory differs from dry cleaning shops. There are two types of laundry factories: one for washing finished garments, such as stone-washed jeans and casual clothes, to achieve a vintage look; and another for professional washing of hotel bedding. Laundry factories require large-scale washing equipment, while dry cleaning shops typically need a drum capacity of ten to twenty kilograms to meet demand. However, the drum capacity in laundry factories usually ranges from fifty to two to three hundred kilograms.
The laundry facility uses large flat irons to dry bedding after washing, followed by large-capacity dryers. A few-ton coal boiler supplies gas to operate the equipment.
