The current filling amount of each filling head during the operation of the display equipment is shown. During the actual filling process, the theoretical and actual values can be compared, mainly used to determine the stability of the system. Of course, actual measurements can also be referred to when the irrigation amount needs to be adjusted according to the system's characteristics. The stop button functions identically to the emergency stop button on the panel.

2. The significance of the main adjustable parameter screen is as follows:
Drip-Proof Ascend: The time needed for the diving equipment to reset. After loading, pause for a while, keeping it tight. This time, it can prevent dripping. Diving Time: The time required for the diving equipment to operate.
Immersion Lag: The time between the end and the start of immersion. This time can prevent the bottle from being submerged if the submersion mechanism is not functioning properly.
Interval time: The distance between the last bottle of solid filling and the first bottle of empty bottles. When adjusting this parameter, attention should be paid to closing the back door before the empty bottles reach the back door position. This time, it can improve the working efficiency of the oil filling machine.
Door Opening and Closing Delay: The time delay required after photoelectric counting for the door to close.
Bottle Number Adjustment: When changing bottle shapes or in other circumstances, the number of filling heads needs to be adjusted. After replacing the touch screen, simply adjust the position of the filling heads; the default is4.
Cap Seal Delay: The time delay between the cap sealing mechanism's action and the photoelectric detection of the oil drum being in place. Cap Sealing Time: Refers to the action time of the cap sealing mechanism.
Fixed Port Delay: When the device has a fixed port function and the fixed port switch is enabled, the fixed port delay takes effect, resulting in a port mechanism action delay.
Release Delay: The release delay takes effect when the device has a fixed port function and the fixed port switch is turned on, resetting the port mechanism delay.
Back Suction Time: It comes into effect when the oil filling machine has a back suction function and the back suction switch is turned on. Refers to the action time of the back suction mechanism. Aim to minimize this time while meeting work requirements, in order to reduce air consumption.
