Polypropylene mesh fiber

Polypropylene mesh fiber, a bundle of fibers interwoven into a mesh, is made from polypropylene granules through special processing. When added to concrete mix and stirred, it forms a fully expanded fiber strand or mesh structure, creating a random support system within the concrete. It effectively controls the early plastic shrinkage and settlement cracks in concrete and cement mortar. This significantly enhances the concrete's impermeability, resistance to fragmentation and impact, and improves its toughness and wear resistance, thereby greatly extending the service life of buildings and reducing maintenance costs.
