Before the rainy season arrives, anti-wind measures must be taken for multi-span greenhouse structures, with particular attention to the areas around the vents. Additionally, since the support points for the middle section of the greenhouse frame are less dense than the roof, stability is slightly reduced, thus reinforcing protection for this area is also necessary.

If possible, constructing row houses on the leeward side of windbreaks can significantly reduce the wind pressure on the front of the greenhouses; if built on the leeward side, it can greatly diminish the negative pressure effect of the wind on lifting the film. During strong winds, the exchange rate of gas inside and outside the multi-span greenhouse is related to its sealing degree and wind speed, so precautions should be taken against disasters caused by low temperature and humidity.

Establishing a continuous greenhouse structure with higher wind resistance requires considering the wind load on the greenhouse design. The wind resistance is positively correlated with the greenhouse's stability performance, which is closely related to factors such as the surface curvature of the greenhouse, the material of the greenhouse frame, and the aspect ratios of height to width and length to width. Streamlined greenhouses tend to have higher wind resistance.

The integrated greenhouse can adopt the triangular stability principle, adding temporary or tensioned lines,支柱, or greenhouse materials between the frames and the ground. Open the ventilation openings and greenhouse doors on the leeward side, or roll up part or all of the greenhouse film on the leeward side from bottom to top, in order to reduce the effective area affected by the negative pressure of strong winds and prevent the film from being lifted by the wind.

For the connecting structures around the greenhouse area, they can be appropriately reduced in height when their strength is no less than that of the middle greenhouse, which benefits the overall wind resistance of the greenhouse film. Additionally, it is important to promptly repair damaged greenhouse films, exhaust holes, and doors to prevent further deterioration.
