(Triple) The technical lead should hold a middle-level or above professional title in architectural structures or a related field (including middle level), and possess more than 3 years of work experience in building safety assessment or quality inspection of engineering projects, as well as architectural engineering and design.
(4) The company has no fewer than 5 professional technical personnel. Of these, 3 specialize in architectural structures and 2 in related fields such as building materials. These personnel have been engaged in house safety assessments or construction project quality inspections, construction project technology, architectural design, etc., for more than 3 years, with at least 50% holding intermediate or higher technical titles.
(Five) Possesses a fixed workplace and necessary technical equipment and instruments.
