3. Renovations involving non-residential properties that entail structural alterations or significantly increasing the building's load must be proposed by the original design unit or a design unit with the corresponding qualification level. After the building quality assessment institution confirms that the renovation meets safety standards, construction may proceed.
4. If an existing building is converted into a public entertainment venue or for business and production use, the operator must apply to a building quality assessment institution for a property evaluation.
In the event of natural disasters, fires, or other accidents that threaten the safety of the property, the owner of the house shall promptly apply to a house safety assessment agency for a house evaluation.
6. For the construction of large buildings or projects involving pile foundations, underground structures, and other construction works, the construction unit must apply to a building safety evaluation institution for a house evaluation of adjacent buildings before commencing construction and implement safety protection measures as required.
