The Phase 1 heating project construction is carried out before the wall renovation, either before or after the electrical and water installation, and before any other renovation processes. Construction of other renovation processes is not permitted until the Phase 1 heating project is completed and signed off by the owner.

For aesthetic reasons, when installing heating before renovation, the branch pipes connecting the main heating pipe to aluminum alloy radiators should be buried under the floor and in the walls, so that only the thermostatic valves are visible when connected to the radiators. Nowadays, many heating system construction workers opt for convenience by directly connecting the ground to the radiators, resulting in two pipes protruding from each radiator group. This not only looks unattractive but also prone to damage.

During the initial construction phase, the pipeline should be securely sealed according to the number of radiators specified by the owner, the width of each radiator, the distance between radiators, the in/out water method, and the distance between the centers of the interfaces. The required dimensions must be maintained to avoid affecting the later installation of the radiators. Only after the owner's on-site inspection and approval upon completion of the initial phase can the construction team seal off the trench, marking the completion of the initial phase. Following the completion of the initial heating project, decorators should be cautious with the heating pipes and facilities during the renovation process, ensuring they are not moved or damaged.
