Aluminum guide rollers, also known as aluminum alloy guide rollers, are made from selected aluminum alloy materials (6063-T5) and are suitable for industries such as printing, packaging, plastics, and electronic batteries.

Molded into tube shapes (with outer diameters of 30mm to 220mm) in various specifications, featuring reinforced ribs for high strength. Surface finishing is performed using precise equipment and special cutting tools, resulting in a smooth finish, concentricity of 0.02mm, and full shaft computer balancing correction within 2g. The shaft ends are treated with special technology and matched with imported bearings, allowing for effortless operation at high speeds. To meet the different demands of various industries, the surface can also be treated with sandblasting, embossing, Teflon coating, and special hardening to HV700, enhancing its resistance to scratching and wear.
