Aluminum guide rollers, also known as aluminum alloy guide rollers, are made from selected aluminum alloy materials (6063-T5) and are suitable for industries such as printing, packaging, plastic, and electronic batteries.

Tubular shapes (outer diameter ranging from 30mm to 220mm) with reinforced rib structures, offering high strength. Precision equipment and special tools are used for surface finishing, resulting in a smooth surface, concentricity of 0.02mm, and full shaft balanced within 2g by computer. The shaft end is processed with special techniques and paired with imported bearings, allowing for smooth operation at high speeds. To meet various industrial requirements, the surface can be treated with sandblasting, embossing, Teflon coating, and special hardening to HV700, providing excellent scratch and wear resistance.
