Aluminum guide rollers, also known as aluminum alloy guide rollers, are made from aluminum alloy material (6063-T5) and are suitable for industries such as printing, packaging, plastics, and electronic batteries.

Tubes formed by die casting in various specifications (outer diameter 30mm to 220mm) with reinforced rib structures for high strength. Surface finishing is performed using precise equipment and special tools, resulting in a smooth surface, concentricity within 0.02mm, and complete axis balanced within 2g through computer balancing correction. The shaft end features special processing and is matched with imported bearings, allowing for easy and smooth operation at high speeds. According to different industrial requirements, the surface can also be specially treated: sandblasting, embossing, Teflon coating, and special hardening treatment to HV700, providing excellent scratch and wear resistance.
