With the rapid development of urban construction, the problem of construction dust has become increasingly severe, and the concentration of PM2.5 in the air continues to rise due to construction dust. Inhalable particles have always been the primary air pollutant in cities, with the proportion of inhalable particles caused by dust exceeding 40% of the total. The impact on residents' production and living is becoming more and more serious. Minshun Environmental Protection's tower crane sprinkler dust control system utilizes green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving new technology. It harnesses the characteristics of high-altitude operations of tower cranes by using the construction site's water well or fire pond as a water source. After being pressurized, the water is transported through the water supply pipes in the tower crane frame to the sprinkler heads on the boom for high-altitude sprinkling. Tests show that under wind speeds below level 2, high-altitude sprinkling can reduce the concentration of particles in the air on the construction site by 84%, demonstrating a particularly effective dust reduction. Additionally, the adjustable sprinkler mist nourishes the concrete structure, saving labor costs for maintenance and improving the quality of construction.

Tower Crane Sprinkler System Overview
The tower crane spray system is used to suppress dust and cool down within the area of the tower crane's rotation radius, for fire prevention and disaster reduction.
2. The tower crane sprinkler system can be connected to the municipal water network for water supply and can also be integrated with a circulating water recovery system. The circulating water recovery system primarily consists of circulating water collection, filtration and sedimentation, storage facilities (tanks), pressure pumps, and recycling processes.
3. Tower Crane Sprinkler System Components: Tower Crane Time-Controlled Distribution Box, High-Pressure Water Pump, Tower Crane Swivel Joint, Galvanized Steel Pipe or PPR Pipe, Adaptor, Tee, Rotating Spray Head, Ball Valve, etc.
4. The spacing of pumps, tees, branch pipes, nozzles, etc., is determined by the nozzle type and coverage radius, and their layout must meet the on-site requirements.
5. Since welding is strictly prohibited on tower crane standard parts, two fixed supports are set on the universal joint for optional installation, which are connected and secured to the universal joint via screw clips. The pipe support is connected to the tower crane standard parts using screw clips.
6. Regularly inspect the pipe support system and the universal joint with the tower crane's swivel axle core to ensure they remain coaxial and concentric, and check for any displacement.

The characteristics of the tower crane sprinkler:
The tower crane high-altitude dust suppression system can accept data collected by PM10 dust monitors and can automatically turn on or off the dust suppression system. It also allows remote control to start or stop the system, adjusting the size of the water mist and flow, thereby enabling three functions: operation control for the tower crane driver, ground concrete wet curing, and construction site fire prevention.
2. The tower crane high-altitude sprinkling dust suppression system features three functions: on-site dust control, concrete wet curing on-site, and on-site fire protection.
3. The tower crane high-altitude sprinkler dust suppression system, utilizing the 360-degree rotation of the tower crane, can cover the construction site with a three-dimensional sprinkling from the air to the ground, thereby controlling the drift and spread of airborne dust.
4. In the event of a fire on a construction site involving safety nets, the system's fire mode can be activated immediately, increasing the water spray volume, which can extinguish flames from a height and quickly control the fire.
